Yitshak Paz - Chairman of the board 
Served in the IDF ( Israeli Defense Forces ) as a medical officer .  Graduate the Bar- Ilan university, in public medical services management.
Functioned in the "Israeli red shield" , (the  equivalent organization to the Red Cross ), between the years 1979-1985 as regional manager of Israel’s southern district.  

David Cygler - President
Served as an intelligence  officer in the Israeli defense forces. Graduated as a paramedic. Functioned in Israeli red shield  as the Human Resource Manager, and regional  manager of the southern region.   

Tali Friedenreich - Business development manager
With 30 years of vast experience in business development and marketing management, of medical instrumentation and pharmaceuticals to the medical services in Israel and exports.
Graduated in Management & Economics, Open University of Israel.

Moshe Reches ( Colonel ret.) – Head of medical  training division
Served in the IDF for over 25 years  in a various key  functions as a senior medical officer , commander of the military training school and  assistant to the chief medical officer of the Israeli army.

Stein Michael M.D. – Medical Manager
Head of the trauma department at the Belindon Rabin- medical center.  functioned as the head of te IDF trauma devision..

Hadar's  main activities for  the last 24 years were divided into three main sections:

• Training – pre and in hospital .

• Import and marketing of Medical equipment

• Operation of Medical facilities

• Service – after sale .

Hadar' customers, are the key and leading customers in this area as:

Governmental organization – ministry of health main sick funds ( own most of the hospitals), emergency organization, ministry of Defense, etc.
